Returned products are accepted ONLY IF unworn and have tags attached
If you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us within 10 days of delivery.
In order to return your goods, you have to follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account here.
- Click to “My Orders”.
- Click on your Order's ID number (which includes the item(s) that you want to return).
- Then, click “Request a Refund”.
- Select the item(s) that you wish to return, choose the reason why you need to make the return and click “Return” button.
- Once you have completed the steps, you will receive an e-mail with the return details and the documents that are required.
- All returned items must be unworn and have their labels and composition tags attached.
- Replacements are not possible.
- "Pleasure Thongs" and "Transparent Socks" due to reasons of hygiene are NON-RETURNABLE.
- Products from the Outlet Store (available in Greece, Bulgaria & Cyprus) are NON-RETURNABLE.
- Transportation cost for returns are at the customer's expense.
For returns originating from the United States, the import taxes (15%) paid by us at the time of delivery are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipping. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse facilities, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot be damaged on the way. As soon as we receive your return back, all goods will be inspected thoroughly by our staff.
Once the above criteria are met, a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) will be processed. This refund includes only the selling price of each item.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity: e.g. we suspect someone is actually ordering and returning loads –way more than even the most loyal MODUS VIVENDI customer would order- or the items returned do not match what you have already ordered, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care department. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to take legal action against you, if the items returned do not match what you ordered.
