Affiliates receive a unique referral link that tracks sales made through their recommendations. When someone purchases through your link, you earn a commission.

How the Program Works

1. Apply to Join the Program

To become a MODUS VIVENDI affiliate, you must first submit an application.

Applicants should have:

• A website, blog, social media account, or digital platform
• Content relevant to fashion, lifestyle, or related audiences
• Accurate registration information
• Compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations

All applications are reviewed manually to ensure they align with the MODUS VIVENDI brand and audience. We may request additional information before approval and reserve the right to accept or decline applications.

2. Get Access to Your Affiliate Dashboard
Once your application is approved, you will gain access to your affiliate dashboard powered by the Affiliatly platform.

Through this dashboard you can:

• Generate unique referral links
• Track your sales and commissions
• Monitor your performance statistics
• Access promotional materials and product links
• View reporting data and conversion analytics

Your affiliate link is what allows us to track when customers visit the store through your promotion.

3. Share Your Affiliate Links

You can promote MODUS VIVENDI products using your affiliate links across various digital channels, including:

• Personal websites and blogs
• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Email newsletters
• Content platforms and product reviews
• Paid advertising campaigns (with certain restrictions)

Whenever someone clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser.

4. Cookie Tracking & Attribution

The MODUS VIVENDI Affiliate Program uses cookie-based tracking.

• The tracking cookie remains active for 30 days after a visitor clicks your affiliate link.
• If a purchase is completed within this period, the sale will be attributed to you.

The program operates on a last-click attribution model, meaning that the last valid affiliate link clicked before a purchase receives the commission.

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on the net order value.

The commission is calculated based on the product value only, excluding:

• Shipping costs
• Store credits
• Taxes
• Refunded or canceled orders

Commissions are awarded only for completed, fully paid, and non-refunded orders.MODUS VIVENDI may occasionally offer:

• Higher commission campaigns
• Performance-based bonuses
• Special promotional incentives

These promotions will be communicated directly to affiliates.

6. Commission Validation & Payments

To ensure accurate tracking and prevent fraud, commissions go through a validation process.

7.Validation Period

Commissions remain pending for up to 60 days after the order date.

This allows time for:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Fraud review
• Payment verification

8. Minimum Payout

Affiliates must reach a minimum balance of €100 before payments are issued. If the threshold is not reached, the balance will automatically roll over to the next payment cycle.

9. Payment Schedule

Approved commissions are paid monthly. The payments are issued in EUR via PayPaL or Bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for any banking fees, currency conversion charges, or tax obligations in their country.

10. Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

MODUS VIVENDI offers a 45-day return period.If an order associated with an affiliate commission is 

• Returned
• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Charged back

the related commission will be deducted or reversed from the affiliate balance.We also reserve the right to audit transactions and adjust commissions when necessary

11. Responsible Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must promote MODUS VIVENDI in a professional and ethical manner that aligns with the brand's values. Examples of acceptable promotion include:

• Product reviews
• Fashion content
• Lifestyle recommendations
• Editorial content
• Social media promotion

However, certain practices are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading discount claims or fake coupon codes
• Impersonate MODUS VIVENDI or create websites that appear official
• Engage in spam marketing
• Perform cookie stuffing or click fraud
• Use unauthorized brand bidding on search engines
• Generate artificial commissions
• Use affiliate links for personal purchases

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

12. Advertising Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with MODUS VIVENDI when promoting products.Examples of acceptable disclosures include: 

• #affiliate
• #ad
• Sponsored link
• “This post contains affiliate links.”

These disclosures ensure compliance with advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, and platform guidelines.

13. Use of Brand Materials

Affiliates may use approved MODUS VIVENDI logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for promoting the affiliate program. All intellectual property remains the property of MODUS VIVENDI and may not be modified or misused.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Affiliate tracking is managed through the Affiliatly platform. Affiliates do not receive access to customer personal data. All customer information remains protected under the MODUS VIVENDI Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

15. Account Monitoring

Affiliate accounts may be reviewed periodically for:

• Low-quality traffic
• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Inactive accounts

Accounts with no referrals for extended periods may be closed.
