Free Shipping Calculation:

Free Shipping on all orders is over 120€. Free Shipping is available via Registered Post Office or Standard Courier depending on order's destination. You can choose shipment via Express Service, but extra cost will apply.

The cost will be calculated automatically based on a per-product basis and delivery destination.

Shipping Cost Calculation:

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis and delivery destination. Shipping Cost will be shown at the checkout page after both the delivery destination and service option are selected.

Order's Information:

To place an order, please note that a minimum purchase of 15€ is required (shipping costs are not included). This helps us ensure efficient processing and shipping for all orders. 

Product Availability & Pricing:

We reserve the right to update prices and stock availability at any time. In case of pricing errors, we may cancel affected orders and issue a refund. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipping.

Delivery Information:

We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely and promptly. To achieve this, we partner with reliable carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS and Post Services. Orders in Greece are shipped through Greek Courier Services.

If your order is sent by the Post Office, firstly it is processed by the Greek Registered Post Office and then passed to your national postal service provider for delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on your national postal service provider.

Delivery days are calculated based on business days. Business days count from the day your order is being shipped. Please allow 1-2 working days for shipment after the placement order day. A guide with shipping costs & delivery time per destination can be found in the table below.

Customs Duties & Taxes Calculation:

Some orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duty or taxes. These are charged once your order arrives in your country by your national customs and vary for each country. Orders delivered within the European Union are free of duty and taxes.

• FREE Import Taxes & Duties on USA and UK orders since January 15, 2026.
• Goods made and shipped from Greece to Canada are eligible for duty-free entry into Canada under the CETA Free Trade Agreement. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) will still apply.

Please note that our policy regarding import charges depends on the shipment date.

For all orders shipped before January 15, 2026, taxes and duties are covered by the recipient (consignee). The invoice you received from FedEx reflects these required import fees.
For orders shipped on or after January 15, 2026, these charges are covered by our company.
